Wow, talk about a shocker. President Obama. I remember writing a review of the TV show 24 and saying how great is was to see a Black president. Who know it would come to pass.
President-Elect Obama is the truely the one. He can change the world. I believe in HIM.
I want to help him restore this nation to a place of honor and respect.
What a speech!!!!! I have cried many many tears these pass few days, now my tears are ones of joy. Thanks to the many Americans who made this all happen.

President-Elect Obama is a modern day Joshua. He kept hope alive for a people who had lost it. We like the children of Israel had fear in our eyes because of the giants in the land (obstacles that plague us). We had forgotten our ancestry that paved away a road and encouraged us to ‘keep it movin’.
Obama inspired us to lift our heads and have faith in ourselves….not a blind faith, but one based upon the kind of faith found in the Bible. “Faith is the substance of things “hoped” for; the evidence of things unseen.”
Now that we’ve reached the promised land – a land filled with opportunity and challenge; we need to cultivate it! We need to drive out our enemies! We need to embrace our future!
Like Joshua, Obama is just our leader. He doesn’t possess a magic wand. We are his hands and feet. There’s more work to be done….. and thanks to his spirit of service….I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and help!
